Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. Multiple smaller items may be combined and shipped together in a single box. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and other major carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number at the email address used during checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Delays Laughing Quail Farm is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is transferred to the carrier.
